- 225 gr de harina de trigo
- 1 cucharada de levadura
- 200 gr de azúcar moreno
- Una pizca de sal
- 225 ml de aceite de nuez o de girasol
- 4 huevos, yemas y claras separadas
- 50 ml de café espresso
- 50 ml de leche
- 75 gr de nueces peladas y troceadas + un puñado para decorar
Para la crema:
- 125 gr de mascarpone
- 2 cucharaditas de café espresso
- 1 cucharadita de sirope de arce o miel
- 1 cucharadita de azúcar glace
- 1 cucharadita de cacao puro para decorar

1. Precalienta el horno a 170 ºC
2. Mezcla la harina, levadura, azúcar moreno, sal, aceite, yemas, café y leche en un bowl.
3. En otro bowl, monta las claras.
4. Incorpora las claras a la masa del bizcocho en 3 veces con movimientos envolventes.
5. Por ultimo, añade las nueces y mezcla suavemente.
6. Hornea el bizcocho durante
50 minutos.
DE LA CREMA DE MASCARPONE
7. Mezcla el mascarpone, el café, sirope de arce y azúcar glace.
PRESENTACIÓN
8. Esparce la crema de mascarpone sobre la parte superior del bizcocho de manera informal. Añade unas nueces peladas y espolvorea un poco de cacao puro. Sirve.
